After high school, he chased his love for snowboarding to Whistler, spending six unforgettable years riding, competing, and building resilience in the early ’90s.

By the late ’90s, Javan returned to the Comox Valley, where he successfully managed two service businesses. When his first son was born, his priorities shifted—pushing him to seek a career that aligned with his growing values and desire to help others more meaningfully.
